Alaska's Fresh Catch (week of 8/28/23)

Getting down and dirty this week with some really tight new tunes. Death Cab for Cutie have a solid new single, Aussie band The Church return with a new song from an upcoming deluxe release of their latest album, and Al Green covers a Lou Reed classic. NGL, I didn't see that coming, but Al is a champ and it's worth a listen.

Plus this week we are chatting with Roland Roberts of the Roland Roberts Band. Those guys have been rising to the top of the AK music scene and had two stellar sets at SalmonFest this year and we talk about how he assembled his heavy hitting band and what's on the horizon for the group.
